Leica M (Typ 240) Edition "Leica 60"
The anniversary of the birth of a legendary camera sees the appearance of the LEICA M Edition “LEICA 60”, a strictly limited special edition uniting the best of the past and future. The special edition was created by Audi Design: an homage to the essence of the art of photography, in perfect unison with the future of digital photography.
A single moment, four functions: shutter speed, aperture, focusing and ISO sensitivity. The LEICA M Edition “LEICA 60” reflects radical concentration on the basic essentials required for photography. In the place of a monitor screen, you find only an ISO setting dial. The photographer can savour the instant of releasing the shutter – with no distractions from superfluous technical features.
The exceptionally high quality finish is one of the most striking features of the LEICA M Edition “LEICA 60”. All visible metallic elements of the camera and lens are made of solid, elaborately machined and finished, stainless steel. The silky sheen of the LEICA M Edition “LEICA 60” makes it incomparably desirable.
